General Questions

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Additionally, when you create an account on our website, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Sevenedge does not own its own warehouses. To deliver the best products at the lowest price possible, we decided to make deals with the most reliable and credible suppliers around the world. Your order will be shipped from Asia, Europe or the USA, directly from our suppliers.

Yes! All products are shipped worldwide for free! 

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for shipping. Delivery will normally take place within 10 to 20 working days.

Yes! You have the right to return your goods without within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the goods. We won’t ask you to fill out a lengthy questionnaire justifying the return. We believe our primary goal is customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with any Sevenedge product we’ll refund the money. Contact us for more information regarding returning your goods.

The customer only has to bear the shipping cost in order to return a product. They can expect a full refund on the purchase value

You can expect a refund within 10 working days from when the goods have reached us. We will send you an email after the refund has been processed from our end.

Orders

We can only change the orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. We can not make any alterations if your order status is "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered" To make changes to your order, please drop us a message ASAP.

You can track your order from the warehouse up to your front door. Simply follow this link and enter your email and order number. Drop us a message if you lost your order confirmation email.

Normally all taxes are covered by us. Should you need to pay taxes to the courier, please pay them and keep the receipt. Send us a scan or photo of the receipt and we’ll pay it back to you within 10 working days.

Unfortunately, no. As we ship directly from our suppliers we cannot exchange your item. You can ask for a refund, send your item back and order a new product from our store.

You can purchase on our website using a debit card, a credit card or PayPal.

You can receive a refund if you return the goods within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the goods.

We currently support the following currencies on our webstore: USD, CAD, AUD, CHF, GBP, JPY, NZD and EUR to make it easier for you but you will be charged in EUR.
